Step 1

Introduce yourself

Send us your resume and use the cover letter to explain why you want to join Kaleido and what makes you the best candidate for the position you're applying for. Please allow a few days for us to get back to you.

Step 2

Let's jump on a call

You've caught our attention - our recruiting team wants to get to know you, so they will set up an initial video interview. Use this opportunity to tell us who you are and to showcase your skills, and past work experience.

Got questions? Don't hesitate to bring them to the table anytime. We love curious minds.

Step 3

Come visit our office

Next, you will be invited to an interview with someone from the department for which the role is available. You should expect a deep dive into the specifics of your past work experience and the technicalities of the job you are applying for.

Step 4

Show off your skills

We want to fully assess your skillset, which is why you might need to complete a test. You should receive all the details a few days after your first in-person interview.

Step 6

Make the most out of your last interview

Good job on passing all the technical steps! It’s time for one last interview, a relaxed conversation with one of our founders or another team member. Use that time to be yourself and show us why you'd be a great fit for our company.

Congrats on making it till the very end! You are now a part of Kaleido. Set your start date, pack your bags - if you live in another country - and get ready to take your career to new heights.

Frequently Asked Questions

We have people from more than 17 countries on the team, and therefore, English is the primary language at our company. We also conduct the interviews in English.

For some positions, we include a "Home Challenge" in the process. You will be informed ahead of time, so you can come well-prepared for the interview.

For other roles, we will conduct an ad-hoc tech challenge during the 2nd interview round (without any preparation upfront).

Yes, we do! However, at the moment, all candidates from abroad need to have a valid work permit for Austria. We want all our employees to be located in or near Vienna so that they can come to the office for important meetings, but also for legal and administrative reasons.

Yes. We are happy to help you with recommendations and regulations regarding your move. Depending on the position, we can also offer financial support to cover your relocation costs, at least partially.

However, we have a great office where our team enjoys spending time together. Face-to-face time proves to be invaluable for the team spirit, and we appreciate seeing everyone at the office, at least every now and then, or for important meetings like bi-monthly Sprint meetings.
